What you’ll do
As the lead for Growth and Brand Marketing, your role is critical to driving awareness and pipeline for all SetSail products. You will have a rare opportunity to shape the growth infrastructure, build new workflows, and try new strategies to make more global sales teams aware and willing to try SetSail. A key part of your role will be brand-building along with driving growth. Every creative campaign and every tactic you try must build and grow Setsail’s brand identity associated with fun, learning, and speed. In the first few weeks, you should be able to ramp up, build, and launch:
- Lead flow and foundation of marketing ops
- Integrated campaigns to drive awareness and demand around the Modern Seller
- ABM programs to work with sales to target high propensity accounts
- Demand gen through virtual events, offers, and effective nurturing journeys
- Email programs including the growth of our email database
- Paid media and 3rd party content syndication to increase the top of the funnel
- Brand campaigns to show who we are and what we stand for
- Reporting across Salesforce, Hubspot, and other tools across marketing and sales
- Inputs to website optimization to increase pipeline
- Constant testing and experimentation to grow leads and conversions
- 100% alignment with sales on growth objectives, target market, and the sales cycle
- 5+ years of experience driving demand, growing pipeline, and launching campaigns in high growth early-stage startups
- Daring creativity and willingness to try new things
- B2B experience, and knowledge of the CRM space a plus
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies
- Storytelling and strong opinions on what a good ad looks like
